Design
With 30 years of signage experience, we treat the design stage of our process with the utmost importance. We listen to your needs and find the best signage solution, remaining responsive to your inquiries throughout the entire design process.
Once we receive your initial inquiry, we create the shop drawings, working to your design specifications.
Our knowledgeable Project Manager can offer guidance on optimum materials and sizes and installation options based on building infrastructure.
We are conscious of your budget when quoting. Sensitive to your deadline, the estimated turnaround time is worked around the required installation date.
All shop drawings are transferred from our Signlab software into a PDF booklet, with every signage component available for review and final approval.
Once we get the green light, we head into Frankenstein’s lab. Stage two…
Manufacture
We are proud to be true blue, 100% Australian and making your design specs in-house. We boast our own spray booth, CNC router, accurate computerised wall saw, metal fabricating facilities and large format digital printing equipment. Whatever you need, we build it.
We use the best quality materials with proven longevity, and we have developed a construction methodology to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
Our workmanship is precise and we pay attention to colour consistency and fuss over the smallest details, like vinyl drops over hampers.
We keep you in the loop on our progress and remain adaptive to any changes or alterations.
We are sensitive to your deadlines – and changing ones at that. Responsiveness is key, and we make it easy for you to get a hold of us, at any time.
Because we manufacture in our Sydney-based factory, meeting shortened timeframes are a challenge, but never an obstacle. Rest assured we are ‘Johnny-on-the-spot’ (reliable) and adaptable to changing circumstances.
Once manufacture is complete, a systematic check is run to ensure consistency of colours, prints, cuts and finishes.

Install
We love reaching the end product – and installation is the last fundamental step in our process.
Once we’ve arranged the delivery time with your builder, our skilled Signed by Cooper installers take great pains to transfer and fit your signage to exact requirements.
With so much effort gone into manufacture, it’s easy for a company to forgo a careful and meticulous installation.
But when it comes to your business, we understand that installation, as much as manufacture, needs to be precise and consistent with your existing signage and brand.
Before our job is complete, we conduct safety testing and run a final check, ensuring your sign is displayed to your specifications.
